Announcement Concerning Natalie and Ariel's Appointment as Youth Workers

16th Mar 2008

As most of you are aware
Natalie has been employed as a Youth Worker on a part time basis.

Over the last few months Natalie and Ariel have been seeking the Lord for His direction for their future service and just prior to going to Paraguay, Natalie shared with the Elders what God had been saying to them both over the last few months about their heart for the Young people.

After prayer and further consideration, the Elders along with the Trustees have invited both Natalie and Ariel to be employed as full time Youth Workers, commencing on their return from Paraguay.

Their main responsibilities will be for the 13 to 17 year age range but they will also have input and involvement in many other aspects of the youth and children’s work, as well as being encouraged to be involved in schools work as their roles develop.

There are a number of things still to be worked out such as a detailed job description and training requirements etc, but all of those things will be done once Natalie and Ariel return from Paraguay in a few weeks time.

As a leadership we are
really excited about this. There is so much potential among the Youth and so much opportunity for developing the Youth ministry, and we see both Natalie and Ariel as God’s clear provision for this.

We would ask you to prayerfully support them as they take on this responsible role and as they start their married life together, seeking to serve the Lord.

If you need any further clarification about this, please speak with one of the Elders.

From the Elders
