• We give thanks to God that the Gift Day last week raised the sum of £8,011.95 (including gift aid) towards the Building Fund.
• Please don't forget the pledge day on 28th September. For more information please see Pastor Philip or Andrew Parker.
• A short meeting will be held after the morning service on 14th September to give people chance to ask questions about the form and deal with any issues that need to be clarified about the pledge.

• Last night Roshan was awarded his Queen's Badge at a special ceremony in York. This is the highest award available in the Boys' Brigade and has involved a lot of work over many months. We would like to take this opportunity to congratulate Roshan for his hard work and continued commitment to 19th Bradford Boys' Brigade. We hope to have some photo's available for the website in the next few days.

seventyseventimes were recently in the studio recording their new CD - 'Hope After All'. They do not charge for any events so the only source of income to cover costs of putting on the events is from CD slaes and donations. If you would like to buy a CD or give a donation then please see Maff, Nat, Roshan or Shaun.
• If you have any unwanted items that we could sell at a car boot sale on Saturday April 26th then please see Lionel or Margaret ASAP. All money will go towards the Building Project.

• Saturday will see the Passion Plays being performed in the city centre starting off with a parade at 2pm. [More information]
• 8am Easter Sunday we will be having a Sunrise Service followed by a cooked breakfast - there will be no evening service as we will be joining other churches in Bradford at Bradford Cathedral at 6.30pm. Mark Greenwood will be speaking.

• There is a Kingdom Kidz vegetable Bible character competition - create a bible character or story from vegetables! The best one from each class wins a prize. Bring them on Good Friday or Easter Sunday morning.

UPDATE ON NATALIE: A very tired Natalie arrived in Paraguay at 2am, Sunday 17th February! Please continue to pray for their wedding on the 22nd as well as all the necessary appointments for the visa's etc for their return to the UK.
• A new course, The Micah Course, starts at 7pm this Tuesday at Thomas McIntosh's home. If you would like to attend then please contact the office who will provide you with the address.

• There will be a baptismal service in the near future. If you would like to be baptised then please have a word with Pastor Philip.

• If you are interested in the work at the Vicarage in the local community and to explore possibilities for it's use then there is a meeting from 4.30pm to 6.30pm on Sunday 17th Feb - a light tea will be served.
• Next Sunday morning is a gift day for the building project - envelopes are available from the reception.
• The Monday Afternoon Ladies class require a pianist - please contact Shirley Morris if you are interested.

• Punk Worship has now officially changed to 'seventyseventimes' - see their website, seventyseventimes.co.uk, for full information. They are also looking for donations towards their upcoming CD release or pre-orders of £4 to allow them to pay for recording and CD duplication up front. The last CD, 'Open Your Eyes', so far has raised nearly £300 which has gone straight back into church funds.
• As of this week the Sound Team and Web Team will endeavour to provide at least six month's worth of sermons (both morning and evening) on the Sermon Podcast page. There may be a delay of two weeks between updates though to allow time for editing, formatting and uploading! Anything older can be requested on CD from the Sound Team.
• The next Christianity Explored course will be starting 20th February, 7.30pm at Jay Ramtohul's home. If you are, or know anyone that may be interested in joining this course please see Pastor Philip or Jay Ramtohul.

• We are looking into going into Springwood Primary School which is directly behind the Old Vicarage that has recently been purchased. We are hoping to take their Christian assembly once a week. If you would like to know more or feel this may be something you would like to be involved with then please have a word with Judith or Suzanne (or contact the Office)
• We are currently experiencing issues with the Loop systems in both the Main Hall and the Lounge. We are aiming to resolve these problems as soon as practicable - please see Andrew Parker with any concerns.

• The Christmas Day gift totalled £1,746.72 which will be sent to various organisations worldwide.
• Starting this Sunday, 6th January, there will be a time of prayer, praise and worship before the main service at 10am. This will be happening every week in order to prepare ourselves for the main service.
• Prayer evenings for the New Building will take place on the following dates: Fri 4th Jan, Tuesday 8th Jan, Saturday 12th Jan.
